Welcome to Happy at Home Caregiving Services Ltd. My name is Julie and I am the Owner and Managing Director of Happy at Home. I have experience working as a registered nurse in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia for several years. I came to Canada as a live in caregiver and found my passion for caregiving. It gives me joy and happiness to be able to work one on one with a client. I started the company in 2014 on my own. With strong faith in God and hard work, I met good people along the way who helped me in my journey of Caregiving business. I love helping people, families and help build dreams for other. I love making a difference in someone else’s life. During my spare time I enjoy singing and playing the guitar.
I had always known I had a passion for administrative work and I was excited to be offered a position as an Optometrist Assistant. I did that for 5 years but realized I missed working with seniors. A position became available at Happy at Home Caregiving Services Ltd. and I saw this as a wonderful opportunity to get to work with seniors and do administrative work. I have been working with the company full time since 2021 and have loved every minute of it. My goal everyday is to put a smile on a seniors face. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks and working on a paint by number.
